CIT-10Z and IFT-2R Forms for tax year ended 31.12.2020 to be filed to Lublin tax office

The Lublin Tax Office (Lubelski Urząd Skarbowy) in Lublin became the competence centre for withholding tax as of 1 January 2021.

Withholding agents whose tax years ended on 31 December 2020 were uncertain about where to file their CIT-10Z forms (filing deadline on 31 January 2021) and IFT-2R forms (filing deadline on 31 March 2021).

Even though the forms relate to the previous tax year, they should nevertheless be submitted to the Lublin Tax Office in accordance with the new jurisdictional rules.

This is confirmed by tax office personnel, including people from the Lublin Tax Office itself.
