Please note that, as announced, the Finance Ministry has published an interactive version of form TP-R in force as of 2019.
Some of the changes include:
- a new text field (3500 characters) allowing the filer to include additional information (optional);
- arrangements for reporting transfer pricing adjustments regardless of the type (code) of the controlled transaction;
- a separate disclosure of loan transactions falling within the safe harbour provisions (for taxpayers who only make transactions that are exempted from the documentation duty).
As a reminder, entities required to prepare local files or whose controlled transactions qualify for exemption under Article 11n(1) of the CIT Act (domestic transactions) must file their TP-R by 30 September 2020 if their tax year began after 31 December 2018.
