I am a licensed tax advisor, specialising in transfer pricing for more than 20 years. I worked as Transfer Pricing Manager for PwC until 2009. Currently I am Transfer Pricing Partner at WTS&SAJA, with my team being part of WTS Global’s TP Service Line.

I act as an expert on the Transfer Pricing Forum, an advisory panel affiliated with the Minister of Finance which drafts and advises on tax guidance documents and initiates changes in transfer pricing regulations. As a member of Working Group 2, I was instrumental in the development of Finance Ministry’s transfer pricing guidance document from June 2019 in relation to comparability analysis, including its simplified format called “conformity description”. I am currently a member of the working group responsible for drafting recommendations on the application of transfer pricing methods.

For many years I have been providing our clients with effective advice across the entire transfer pricing policy spectrum. My experience includes design of intra-group pricing or billing models, formulation and implementation of transfer pricing policies, business restructuring advice (including design and assurance of arm’s length prices in post-restructuring transactions), and valuation of restructuring compensation.

I support our clients during tax inspections or litigation and I conduct proceedings on pricing agreements with Polish tax authorities.

I have authored numerous press publications on transfer pricing topics.
