This is to let you know that, on 18 June 2020, the Senate approved a law amending Polish VAT regulations to implement the quick fixes under Council Directive 2018/1910 (the law is called the Act of 28 May 2020 to amend the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Goods and Services Tax Act, the Exchange of Tax Information (Other Countries) Act and certain other acts).
The amending law was signed by the President on 22 June 2020 and is now awaiting publication in the Journal of Laws.
The amendments will take effect as of 1 July 2020.
