The launch of the new withholding tax mechanism – To be deferred once again

The press service of the Finance Ministry says there are plans to again defer the effective date of the new withholding tax mechanism (this will be the 6th deferral for CIT and 5th for PIT).
The current deferral remains in force only until 30 June 2021.
It appears the Finance Ministry is working on:

• the regulations that will defer the launch of the new rules for both CIT and PIT until 31 December 2021;
• what has been announced in recent months as a bill to make various incidental amendments other than the deferral.
