The Finance Ministry has posted on its website a notice that Tadeusz Kościński, the Minister for Finance, Funds and Regional Policy, signed a regulation which extends the time for annual corporate income tax filing and payment until 30 June 2021.
According to the Ministry, the new regulation mirrors a provision of an amending bill (Bill to Amend the Excise Act and Certain Other Acts) which seeks to achieve the same effect but is still being processed in the Parliament.
The new regulation has not been published yet. With that said, the proposal is that it would enter into force the day after its publication.
