On 14 October 2022, the Finance Ministry published official tax guidance on the regulations introducing VAT groups in Poland and entering into force on 1 Jan 2023.
The guidance refers to various matters, including the practicalities associated with creation of VAT groups, the treatment of taxable transactions by the group, and the group’s recordkeeping obligations.
