The Finance Ministry has published the fifth version of interactive on-line forms to be used for reporting transfer pricing information for tax years beginning after 31 December 2021 (see here). The forms are for corporations (TPR-C) and for individuals (TPR-P).
The accompanying notice says that the e-Deklaracja gateway is ready to accept the forms. It also explains that taxpayers are not required to use this interactive tool and may file their forms using other tools, including ones developed through their own means, provided they conform to the structures published here.
At the same time we are still waiting for information about the regulation that would extend the due date for the filing of TPR forms. We will keep you updated on these developments.
